An adventurous elopement is so much more than just an epic photoshoot in a gorgeous location. If you’re considering eloping you’re already looking to go outside of the social norm, to try something new, and to start your marriage in a way that is exclusively your own.
Whether you decide you want it to be the two of you or with the company of twenty of your closest friends and family, there is no right or wrong way. With nature as your witness, you’re bound to have the most amazing wedding day simply because you decided to do it in a way that will be all yours. You’re picturing it now, aren’t you?
Maybe you’re in the mountains as the fresh breeze sweeps through your hair and your wedding dress as you watch the suns rays bounce off the valleys surrounding you. Or perhaps you’re seaside where you can hear the seagulls calling in the distance and you can feel the warm saltwater air embrace you.
This day is going to be a romantic one, my friend. I can just feel it and I hope you can too. If you’re wanting to truly enjoy a wedding day without pressure, without worrying about 150 other people, and with as much freedom as possible then I wholeheartedly believe eloping is for you.
While I’m sure you have no idea where to start, this is where I come in to remind you that I will help guide you every step of the way. From planning your location, to scouting out a spot that you’ll love and connect with, to recommending other incredible vendors, and especially right down to capturing the two of you authentically in love, surrounded by the great outdoors as you promise forever to one another.
While I can’t promise you this day will go as planned, I can promise you that it will be one hell of an experience and quite possibly your favorite memory thus far in your lives.
elopements
My husband and I hired her for our elopement in Ireland and she went above and beyond making not only our pictures turn out perfect while battling wind & rain but also helping us find our way around Europe because we were clueless!
she went above and beyond making not only our pictures turn out perfect
We are so lucky to have her not only as our photographer but also our friend. It’s not every day you find someone so passionate about their job and truly love what they do.
Ashley & Sebastian
I am here to say that I have never had someone provide me with a service that was so life changing. Jess built me up so much that there was absolutely no way I could feel anything less than the most beautiful woman on the whole coast of Italy.
her gypsy soul feeds your desire for love, life, and the most beautiful landscapes
Her energy is infectious and her gypsy soul feeds your desire for love, life, and the most beautiful landscapes. Working with Jessica was more than a photoshoot. It inspired me to become more creative, see things in a new light, and just love my husband and my crazy adventurous life every change that I get.

questions
While I’m sure I’ll still start the day with a few detail photos, your timeline will vary in a way that you don’t have to have a set time for your ceremony, you don’t have to do a half hour of family formals, and you certainly won’t have a planner rushing you off to your reception before you’re ready to be introduced. This coverage will be specific to what you choose your day to look like and I’ll assist you in building the perfect timeline.
Couples book anywhere from 12 months to 2 weeks beforehand.
While I have a bucket list of locations I’d love to shoot at, I’d love to find a location that is all yours! A place that truly connects to the two of you. For example, if you’re considering Glacier National Park then together we will find the perfect spot(s) for you to have your ceremony and spend the day adventuring. I will provide you with a list if you’re unsure and just want to get me a few details and from there you can narrow it down and then I will spend time researching locations within that specific place.
One of the main things to consider when planning your elopement is the time of year you’d like to do it in. If you want to avoid the crowds of your favorite National Park or destination then I highly recommend booking in their off season possibly right before their busy season starts.
Need content
The average coverage needed is anywhere from 4-10 hours but could possibly be more if you wanted to turn it into all day or a couple day adventure to truly document your experience.
No! You absolutely don’t have to hike to your location, we can always find a place that can be accessed by 4x4 vehicle or even a helicopter if you’re into that.
Yes, absolutely! If you’re wanting to bring your favorite people with you then I highly recommend anywhere from 2-20 joining you.
Yes, most places and all National Parks will require a permit. This is a small fee to pay in order to have the most incredible venue considering most wedding venues in the US cost on average of about $13,000.
No, you don’t! To put it simply an adventure is something that is new to the two of you and an elopement is just a conscious choice to have a small intimate wedding focused on you and your better half. So you’re able to have an adventurous elopement anywhere no matter where that’s at. Hiking isn’t the only way to get to amazing places and while it’s something I love to do personally, I fully understand it isn’t for everyone and I’m here to help you if you’re not into it!
